For more than 15 years, I’ve partnered with C-suite leaders and Boards of Directors, becoming the person executives rely on when the stakes are highest. My career has taken me from supporting CEOs in entrepreneurial environments to serving as executive partner to the Chief Legal Officer and Board of Directors of a Nasdaq-listed biotechnology company. Along the way, I’ve led enterprise initiatives, strengthened corporate governance, designed executive communications, managed Board operations, coordinated public company disclosures, and built new programs where no roadmap existed.

What drives me isn’t simply keeping things organized - it’s making leaders and organizations stronger because I was there. Whether coordinating a confidential acquisition, producing a Board meeting across multiple time zones, or designing a Sustainability Report from the ground up, I bring the same standard of excellence to every task. From high-stakes negotiations to helping the cleaning crew reset a room after a Board meeting, every detail contributes to the bigger picture.
